Lole's Offroad & Overland Shipping Information & Policies
ORDER PROCESSING - All orders are processed with 2-3 business days. We ship Monday - Friday, excluding Statutory holidays. Orders placed on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) will be processed on Monday.
CUSTOMER INFORMATION - It is very important that you complete the customer purchase information completely so as to not delay the shipping of your order. Having both an email address and phone number attached to your order is required for shipping purposes. We will never share or sell your information, nor will we ever contact you with unsolicited emails or telephone calls.
Once your order has shipped, we are not able to make any changes to the shipping information. Please ensure your address and contact information are entered correctly.
SHIPPING CHARGES - Shipping Charges will be processed when you place your order. We will refund any shipping overcharges.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES - Please contact us for returns or exchanges. There will be some items that we will not accept returns for. These will clearly be marked in the product descriptions
SHIPPING SPEED - Orders should arrive at your delivery address within 7 - 14 days FOR USA & CANADA orders. International orders can take anywhere from 30 - 60 days depending upon the method of shipping you choose. Arrival estimates are not guaranteed. Unforeseen circumstances may impact the delivery time. If you require faster delivery, please contact us to discuss additional shipping methods.
LOCAL PICKUP - Contact us for local pickup. This is available by appointment only.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS- Please contact us with any questions regarding returns and exchanges. Cancellations can only be completed prior to the order being dispatched. Returns will not be accepted for clearance or sale products, this will clearly be mentioned in the description of the item.
